ZoomAlbum Review And Giveaway

Given my love of photography, I always have a ton of photos hanging out on my computer that never make it to print. I occasionally print out a few to give to family but rarely have any photos of my girls in my purse to share. Then I heard about ZoomAlbum Photo Book Kits. With a ZoomAlbum Kit you can make your own mini photo books at home and always have the latest pictures with you to share.

So what exactly is a ZoomAlbum? According to the ZoomAlbum website "A ZoomAlbum is a small photo book that you create at home with your own digital photos, personal computer and home Ink jet printer. Each 3" X 3" photo book displays 12 photos on glossy, high-quality paper. You can give your ZoomAlbum a polished, professional look by customizing the covers with photos or embellishments."

The ZoomAlbum Print Your Own Covers Kit includes:
3 photo album pages
3 print your own photo covers
Creator software CD
Instructions

I received a kit to make a ZoomAlbum of my own. The whole process was fairly quick and easy. I loaded the software and then followed the steps on the screen. I decided I'd make an album with pictures of my girls and their cousin for them to enjoy. I selected the photos I wanted and arranged them the way I wanted them.

Then I did a test print to make sure the everything looked how I wanted it to look. After that I followed the instructions to properly fold together the pages of the photo book.

I then placed the pages inside the cover I made. The cover process was very easy. I selected the photo I wanted to use for the cover and then entered the title I wanted for the book before printing. Once again I did a test print to make sure everything printed properly. I then followed the instructions to place and fold the cover sheet over the chipboard included in the kit.

The result was an adorable 3x3 photo book filled will 12 pictures of three of my favorite people. My girls love looking at it.

In addition to being an quick and easy way to share my photos with others, a ZoomAlbum would be a great for gift giving and party favors.

I have an HP printer and did have a few printing issues that took a couple of tries to figure out. That's why you do the test prints. However, I found the information on the website helpful and the process of getting things the way I wanted them was fairly simple to figure out.

ZoomAlbum is currently offering their kits at a special price. Get the Photo Album Photo Cover kit like I used for $26.36.
